Paleolithic Dieting 02 - Paleo-Cereal








Alright peoples, it's pretty simple stuff I've provided you with pictures with what to use to make your own paleo-cereal. Remember PORTION CONTROL!!!! A pinch of each item(except the flax seeds, you'd definitely would want to pour a healthy portion) is more than enough to fill a small to medium sized bowl. The last picture illustrates how it might look in the end, and if you notice the bowl is just big enough for a normal(what some fattys would call small) portion. And yes that's turkey bacon for protein because the cereal will definitely not have enough protein.
